1. Full Name of Guest(s)
The booking must include the full legal name(s) of all guests staying.
Matching ID may be required at check-in.
2. Government-Issued ID or Passport
Required at check-in for identity verification.
Foreign travelers usually need to present a valid passport and possibly a visa.
3. Contact Information
Email and phone number to receive booking confirmation, updates, or important notices.
4. Payment Method
Credit or debit card details required to:
Secure the booking (even for "pay at hotel" options).
Pre-pay or authorize a hold for incidental charges.
5. Check-in and Check-out Dates
Confirm your exact arrival and departure dates.
Early check-in or late check-out may require prior request and extra fees.
6. Number of Guests and Room Preference
Specify how many adults/children.
Choose room type (e.g., single, double, twin, suite, etc.).
